The American Gas Association represents local energy companies that deliver natural gas throughout the United States.
Equipment installed for the purpose of preventing the pressure on a pipeline or distribution system from exceeding some maximum pressure as determined by one or more regulating codes by controlling or restricting the flow of gas when abnormal conditions develop.
