One Day Without Shoes is a campaign awareness project sponsored by TOMS Shoes. On this day, people all around the world go one day without shoes to promote awareness about the millions of children in developing countries who do not have access to shoes, and the challenges, diseases, and limitations that result from this. On April 5, 2011, TOMS Shoes held its fourth annual One Day Without Shoes campaign.
